At My Local Mover we pride ourselves on commitment to quality service provision.

Of the many homes, thousands of boxes and pieces of furniture we move, very little comes to any harm.  But in the unlikely event of an accident you must know where you stand. 

Yes, My Local Mover does have a guarantee that covers an error on our behalf and you should familiarise yourself with the terms of our Service Guarantee.  However there are a whole range of circumstances where your goods are at “risk” that is not covered by any company’s standards guarantee, and we recommend you purchase transit insurance or check with your insurer if your household goods policy covers transit.  Please read our PDS and Policy Wording and Financial Services Guide and contact us if you have any questions.
